Human
Rights court presided over by Justice Anthony Yeboah has set May 9,
2016 as date for the trial to begin with respect to suit filed by
embattled National Chairman of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP)
Paul Afoko over his suspension.
Notably
today, four exhibits filed by Mr. Afoko which were objected to by the
lawyers of the (NPP) were expunged from the list of exhibits filed by
Mr. Afoko to support his case.
Mr. Afoko was suspended by the party some months ago for misconduct.
